To ensure smooth participation in the European Universities Rowing Championship, please adhere to the following registration deadlines:

  • General Entry: March 15, 2025
  • Quantitative Entry: June 18, 2025
  • Individual Entry & Travel Plan: August 18, 2025

PARTICIPATION FEE

  • Participation Fee: 75 EUR / person / night
  • EUSA Entry Fee: 50 EUR / person (40 EUR for EUSA Associated Members)

Fees cover accommodation with full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner - starting with lunch on arrival and finishing with breakfast on departure day), transfer from official entry points, local transport, training, competitions, and organisation of the event.

Participation fee shall be paid at the latest 2 (two) months before the event.

 

Please note that all delegations must ensure that their members have valid international health insurance for the duration of their stay.

 

  • To confirm participation, a deposit must be submitted along with the General Entry Form. Only entries accompanied by the deposit and submitted within the specified deadlines will be considered valid. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a forfeit or withdrawal after the entry has been approved.


REGISTRATION

EUSA's Member Federations can submit General Entry Forms here, defining a contact person to carry out the rest of the registration procedure, including submission of the Quantitative forms, Travel Plans and Individual Entries.


ELIGIBILITY

Only the following may participate as competitors:

  • REG 55.1 Students who are officially registered for and pursuing a course of study at: university, or similar institute with the status as an institution of higher education recognized by the appropriate national authority of their country. Participation of university teams from disputed territories is possible only for universities recognized either by the European University Association or the International Association of Universities. Such Universities may only compete under their University and EUSA flag. Students shall confirm their status by delivering completed, signed and sealed EUSA Certificate of Academic Eligibility (Individual Entry);
  • REG 55.2 Former students of the institutions mentioned above who obtained their academic degree or diploma in the year preceding the EUC;
  • REG 55.3 Competitor’s age is defined by the formula: the EUC Year (2025) – competitor’s year of birth = age. According to this formula competitor shall not be younger than 17 and older than 30 years.
